I crushed the fear and anxiety that once paralyzed my ability to take intuitive action in life and business, and I reclaimed my purpose. Now, I help other creative entrepreneurs do the same. My deepest desire is to inspire others to live their passion and be authentic to who they are, without the stress or the pharmaceuticals. When I’m not supporting entrepreneurs, I’m on my family farm camping under the stars and planting trees. I am also the creator and founder of FlowJam Universal Healing Arts Festival in Loudoun County, VA, which began on my home farm in Bluemont, VA.

I will be educating people on the endocannabinoid system and how we can utilize different modalities to stimulate our ECS to maintain homeostasis. Cannabis is the most widely known substance that stimulates the ECS, but there are other ways to create balance by using the ECS.

I believe the journey begins when you first become aware that your path is a gift to your own self-discovery and life purpose so you can do your part to raise the vibration on the planet. I'm a Life Purpose Enthusiast, teaching from a heart space as I encourage students to cultivate that silence in the surrender, to find the "Quiet Between The Noise" with an archaeologist approach to digging deep into discovering authentic self.
My curiosity had me dabbling in herbs, oils, meditation and the like at the age of 15 back in the mid-80's. I was determined to find natural ways to heal my body from many years of intense chronic anxiety. Close to my home town Amherst in a small town in Leverett, Massachusettes I found solace in a Buddhist Peace Pagoda, built in a hope to inspire peace and harmony within the community. The art of focus and stillness in meditation took root in my mind as I healed from intense anxiety that became chronic for many years. Three decades into this lifestyle, the excitement is still alive and I've learned so much with my commitment to always be a student, and understand now, that pain was my greatest teacher. All my research to heal thy self, motivated me to study and train in a plethora of holistic practices which naturally put me onto the path of the Healing Arts practicing as an Integrative Life Coach, Reiki Master, Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher. Awakening into my soul space and out of my head space with countless teachers who have, and continue to guide, mentor, and influence me on the journey into integration of mind, body and soul has been a gift so that I can be of service to others. Visit our sangha, it started in my home back in 2004, evolved into the studio on the Occoquan River for many years, to now, planted in Woodbridge, Northern VA, close to the Washington DC, Maryland region.
